At Goth Clothing, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery

Return Process

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using our contact form. Include photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
